General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within the advertised time frames, please ensure your address is correctly entered with all relevant information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the provided address information is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

For international shipments, please note that the order price is in addition to the shipping price. Delivery times and shipping costs for Chinco garments vary from country to country. Our shipping costs do not include customs duties and import taxes, as these may vary according to the region.

Documents & Personal Information

In compliance with recent changes to international shipping regulations, shipping providers now require a photographic copy of the customer’s ID for all international orders to pass customs. Any personal information shared with us is confidential and is used solely for processing and managing your order.

Processing Time

  • Delivery takes 2-4 working days from the day the order is placed.
  • After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can take up to 3 business days to process. This estimate does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping: 25 AED flat shipping rate for all orders.
  • Domestic Cash on Delivery Payment: Available only for domestic shipments. Alternative payment options through debit/credit cards are also available.
  • International Shipping: Shipping cost is based on order weight; a shipping cost estimate will be available at checkout, excluding taxes & duties, which will be paid by the buyer according to the shipping and destination country's regulations.
  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Uae and will not be shipped again.  All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for domestic orders. For international orders, we accept online payments only.

Domestic shipping orders may take 2-5 business days, and international shipping orders may take 3-14 business days from the date they are shipped, depending on the final destination.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Chinco, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Claims

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process, which can take up to 30 days. Chinco does not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier and does not issue refunds or credits for such packages.

Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) to your original form of payment.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

Chinco reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “service misusing”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Similarly, Chinco reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject any customer or entity due to the actions noted above.
