General Information

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Be sure to include apartment or unit numbers, building names, and correct abbreviations.

Chinco is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information submitted at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

We ship internationally only, including to the UAE and other countries worldwide.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
  • Final shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes, which must be paid by the customer according to their country’s regulations.

Import Taxes, Duties & Refused Shipments

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. These are applied by your country’s authorities and are the full responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused or not accepted, it will not be resent. All related costs (including original shipping, return shipping, and customs fees) will be deducted from the original payment.

Required Documents

Due to international shipping regulations, a copy of your ID may be required by customs authorities to release your package. This information is handled securely and used only to process and deliver your order.

Processing & Shipping

 

Orders are processed after payment authorization and verification. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Fees

 

 

 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a customer refuses a shipment or the package is returned to us due to delivery failure, the original shipping fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

Delivery Claims

If your tracking status shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Claims may take up to 30 days to process in collaboration with the courier.

Chinco does not issue refunds or credits for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is unavailable, the rest of your order will be shipped, and a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) will be issued to your original payment method.

Reserved Rights

Chinco reserves the right to limit, reject, or cancel orders at its discretion in the case of:


  • Repeated misuse of the platform
  • Fraudulent behavior
