Return & Exchange Policy

At Chinco, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we provide a simple and straightforward process. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange, in accordance with the relevant applicable laws in your country. Special conditions may apply during promotional offers.

Domestic Return/Exchange Process

Request via Email:

Write to us at support@chincostyle.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Code of item(s) you would like to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

Request via Website:

Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" tab.
If your order is marked as delivered, you will see a "Return/Exchange" button under the order details.
Note: If your order is not marked as delivered by the shipping provider (e.g., Aramex, DHL), you will not be able to request a return/exchange through this method. If your order has been delivered but does not reflect in this section, please use the email method described above.

International Return/Exchange Process

Due to UAE's customs laws and clearance logistics, we will not process any return/exchange requests unless the item(s) are defective or damaged prior to shipping.

Policies

  • Sale items cannot be returned but may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of receipt.
  • Any items provided free of charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
  • Please take reasonable care of any products you wish to return. Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the item(s) during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange, and/or refund.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that are personalized to your order.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer a substitute or replacement product or a full refund, including any delivery charges paid. In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Uae and will not be shipped again.  All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of ordering. Depending on your bank, this can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouse.

Refunds will be made as follows:

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of placing it. If you paid by credit or debit card and cancel within this timeframe, we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction as soon as possible. Please note, we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures. We cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified period; instead, you can use our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
